Patty`s own words on Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Plan

 

Hi let me introduce myself Patty is my name, now what a coincidence Patty rhyming with fatty. Well I ain`t that any more thanks to the weight loss 4 idiots lose weight program. Not only did I see the weight drop off it was learning how to keep my body healthy while at the same time of losing weight was what I loved about the whole concept of this dieting plan.

Fat LossAs a keep fit enthusiast I know there is no easy way for losing weight. I believed I knew it all when it came down to fitness, how wrong I was. What caught my eye and which drew me closer to Fat Loss 4 Idiots was, seeing you could lose 9 pounds in 11 days. I was excited to say the least but my spirits dampened quickly with negativity which held me back. I was desperate to lose weight and needed a fix for my weight problem. I had to find a diet that worked and one that was to pose no risk to my health. What attracted me to this particular weight loss program was the Fat Loss for Idiots Meal Plan. Fat Loss for Idiots food is made up of lean proteins, fruit and vegetables, and the sources of fat come from whole foods (such as cottage cheese or eggs.) There are some starchy carbohydrates (such as oats and pasta.) Fat Loss

The day is divided into “4” (not three) meals that should be eaten at a maximum of 2 1/2 hours apart. There is “no” calorie or carb counting, “no limit on portion size.” Fat Loss 4 Idiots says you “just eat short of being full,” and I love being full.

No calorie counting, 4 meals a day and no limit on portions size were just too good to be true, but I would be a fool if I didn’t check it out further. And when I read after the 11 day meal plan there is a 3 day “cheat” - where you get to eat whatever you want, there was no more thinking to be done.

I have never looked back the day I followed the Fat Loss 4 Idiots weight loss plan. 

The difference between the fat loss for idiots plan and other weight loss diets is that this one is “special” for me anyhow because of what it has given me and taken from me (fat) if you like. This plan purposely confuses your body so it never thinks it is starving. If you do what I did and embark - then one month from now you can be 10-20 pounds lighter like me (only I am more slimmer now). Otherwise, in a month, if you do nothing you will be the same weight or even slightly more than you are today. What have you got to lose other than weight by checking out the diet plan? If it worked for me then there shouldn`t be any reason why it won`t work for you.
